Bill Frank has over 30 years experience in the design and construction of bridges, highways, buildings and special structures in the capacity ranging from Engineer in Training to Resident Engineer to Principal in Charge.. Bill has been in responsible charge of numerous public and private projects from the design phase through to completion of construction, as well as providing independent constructability reviews on large bridge projects in the northeast.
